• Salting Services:
We offer sanding services for your commercial or residential property. Salting is good for ice storms, a small amount of wet snow or a deep freeze after a brief thaw during the day.
• Commercial and Residential Snow Plowing:
We can create a schedule to make sure your parking lot is clean all day, once a storm is finished. We have smaller equipment that allow us to take care of your personal driveway.

• First priority on every job is to maintain safe surfaces for customers, employees, Tenants.
• All designated areas will be plowed – salted by 7:00 Am of the snowfall ending by 3:00 Am
• Pre-salt application, sidewalks parking lots and all entrances
• Repeat service visits made during overnight heavy snowfalls
• Salt boxes by walkways and entrances can be provided if required. Refills can be provided for customers with exisiting salt boxes.
• We carry prope liability insurance we have 5 million (Our Insurance Company email Proof of Insurance To Our Clients directly)
• Client will receive an email on every visit once the property has been plowing and salted along with photos of the areas of the property that has been serviced NEW
